Martin Leitch
Strategic Consultant, FM Scope

Martin Leitch is a prominent Facilities Management (FM) professional with in excess of 30 years experience in delivering a wide range of consultancy and education services. He is Principal Consultant with strategic workplace consultancy, FM Scope. Having built a number of successful businesses and worked on a wide range of major projects, Martin has developed the rare ability to think and act strategically whilst focusing on the detail of constituent systems and processes.

Martin has delivered a range of strategic FM consultancy services to public and private sector organisations in the UK and Australia and has applied this experience to develop the learning materials for Australia’s first facilities management diploma program.

Martin is member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and sits on the RICS Oceania Property Board. He is a Fellow of the British Institute of Facilities Management and a member of the International Facility Management Association.
