Phil is an accomplished change architect and innovation leader with over 35 years of experience in change management, digital transformation, and innovation. He has successfully led complex transformation initiatives across a wide range of sectors, incluUOding banking, resources, government, manufacturing, retail and professional services, both in Australia and internationally.
He has held leadership roles at Australia Post, Westpac, Standard Chartered Bank and the Royal Bank of Scotland. His unique experience in both managing change and leading innovation teams across Australia, Asia, the UK and Silicon Valley provides him with a global perspective that enriches his approach and insights.
His corporate career has been interspersed with his involvement with start-ups, including founding three start-up accelerator programs and one of his own businesses winning the inaugural European Business Innovation Award.
