With over 18 years generalist HR, Communications, L&D and EX experience in finance, professional services and entertainment, Kelly is currently the Head of Internal Communications & Employee Experience at Tabcorp.
Kelly is responsible for the design and execution of Tabcorp’s communications and employee experience strategies with the opportunity to reimagine the culture following Tabcorp’s demerger from the Lotteries business in June 2022. A key pillar of EX is the Inclusion & Diversity strategy and Kelly is passionate about building a positive, safe, and inclusive culture.
