I am the Head of the Whistleblowing Program for the AMP Group. Former Executive Manager in CBA’s Group Legal team specialising in employee relations and Whistleblowing matters, including assuming the role of Whistleblower Investigation Officer.
I am a senior employment lawyer with over 14 years legal experience. Prior to working at AMP, I was an Executive Manager responsible for the management of escalated workplace grievances/disputes, including CEO complaints for the CBA Group both nationally and internationally. I was also the Whistleblowing Investigation Officer.
Before moving in-house I was Executive Legal Counsel at Workdynamic Australia, a specialist employment law firm.
I have years of experience managing complex legal matters, restructures, dispute resolution, workplace investigations and delivery of training and presentations to executive leadership teams (including C-Suite) and external conferences.
I utilise my extensive and up to date employment law knowledge and experience to provide high level employee relations strategy and advice, undertake alternate dispute resolution such as mediations and conciliations and to conduct workplace investigations, specialising in the areas of bullying and harassment and whistleblower matters.
