I am a people enthusiast! In addition to leading People & Culture strategy, I am also a corporate psychologist. I have always considered myself a great facilitator – in a boardroom, team meeting, counselling session or even around the dinner table! I always want to be the best version of myself and I love to help facilitate and support others to do the same!

I believe a great HR team can not only attract, develop and retain top talent, but strategically business partner to transform culture with EVP, implementation of new change initiatives, coaching and development of team, sound ER/IR advice and innovative organisational development. In addition to generalist HR, I am passionate about safety leadership including workers’ compensation, mental health and also driving fresh health and well-being initiatives!
